The retreat is a short drive to the Piney Woods at Camp Allen.
Join us for a wonderful weekend of fellowship and renewal in a beautiful setting.
How much does the retreat cost? Good Question!
We are always trying to find a balance on what to charge vs. what we pay. This year we are simplifying the cost structure based on our cost for the facility, food, and the average number of people who attend. We have one price for Day Guests and one price for Overnight Guests. Overnight Guests may choose to stay one or two nights.
Overnight Guests Cost per person: $60.00 - maximum $200/family
Saturday Day Guest Cost per person: $25.00 - maximum $100/family
What do I get for $60/person?
Friday: Check in anytime after 6pm for a night in the Piney Woods - relaxing, games, fun.
Saturday: Meaningful time spent with friends on the large covered porch and around the campsite, swimming, walks in the woods, and s’mores around the campfire. You’re welcome to bring games, toys, art supplies, a favorite book and other actives to enjoy the day. There are many outdoor activities to experience. You also have the opportunity to register additional activities including canoeing on the lake and horseback rides for an extra fee.
Canoeing is $15.00 per person for one hour.
Trail Ride: Horseback Riding for ages 10+ is $30.00 per person for one hour.
Arena Ride: Horseback Riding for ages 6-9 is $30.00 for 30 minutes.
3 meals on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
The camp ground has 8 air conditioned Treehouse Cabins. Each treehouse sleeps 10.
Ground level cabins with a wheelchair ramp are available for those who cannot climb the stairs.
Check out by 2pm on Sunday.
*If you are unable to pay this amount, please pay what you can. We want EVERYONE who wants to, to be a part this retreat. If you are able to pay more than the cost/person to help cover the cost, that is appreciated.
